Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Healthcare

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in US Healthcare Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare specialists across the US market.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Recruit for positions such as Registered Nurses (RNs), LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare roles.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and eligibility.
Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers and manage candidate follow-ups.
Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, work authorization, and other required documentation.




Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS regularly.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare recruitment and client-specific requirements.

Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferred.
Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing/recruitment market.
Experience with healthcare job portals and ATS/recruitment databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Ability to work in a US shift/night shift environment.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
