Inside Sales Consultant - B2B | Corporate Wellness | Work From Office, HSR Layout, Bangalore

Marconix Sales Solutions is hiring Inside Sales Consultants for Corporate Wellness, a B2B employee wellness solution. You will pitch employee wellbeing programs to HR heads, CXOs, and business leaders, helping companies build healthier, more engaged, and more productive teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Connect with HR heads, CHROs, admin heads, founders and CXOs across industries to generate and qualify B2B leads
Run discovery calls to understand each companys employee wellbeing and engagement challenges
Present corporate wellness solutions in a consultative way through calls and online demos
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, follow-ups, proposal sharing, negotiation and closure
Build and manage your own sales pipeline to meet monthly targets
Maintain accurate lead and deal records in the CRM
Share regular progress reports and feedback with the team
Help refine pitches,



scripts and outreach to improve conversions

Desired Candidate Profile:
2 to 3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, B2B consulting, solution selling or similar sales roles
Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi or Kannada is an added advantage
Confident in speaking with senior decision-makers
Consultative approach: asks the right questions before pitching
Comfortable with targets, follow-ups and a quick-paced sales setting
Working knowledge of CRM tools, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
Willing to work from the office at HSR Layout, Bangalore
Preferred: experience in HR tech, SaaS, employee perks, insurance, healthcare or wellness sales, and an existing network of HR or corporate contacts
