Hiring: Project Manager Municipal Projects (PMC & PCMC)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 8–15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Construction Management or related field

Industry: Infrastructure / Government / Municipal Projects
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of PMC & PCMC projects.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress using MS Project/Primavera.
Coordinate with municipal authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, BOQs, billing, contracts, and compliance.
Ensure quality, safety, statutory approvals, and timely project delivery.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Lead site teams and oversee vendor/contractor performance.

Preferred Experience
Minimum 5 years handling PMC/PCMC or other Government Projects.
Experience in Infrastructure, Smart City, Roads, Water Supply, Utilities, ICT, Electrical, Surveillance, or Urban Development Projects.
Knowledge of PMC/PCMC tender procedures and Maharashtra Government procurement guidelines.
Certification
PMP / PRINCE2 (Preferred)
