Role & responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding IIT-JEE, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET and Foundation courses.
Explain course structures, fees, scholarships, batch schedules and admission procedures.
Handle walk-in enquiries, inbound calls, outbound calls.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve assigned admission and enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate student information, lead records and follow-up details in Salesforce software.
Coordinate with academic, marketing and branch teams.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.
Maintain qualified relationships with students and parents.
