Responsibilities
Gather client requirements and prepare solution briefs, BRDs, FRDs, and pricing summaries.
Support solution architecture, platform evaluation, and integration research.
Maintain solution templates, case studies, and reference architectures.
Prepare client pitch decks and solution presentations.
Manage deal documentation, including SOWs, MSAs, estimations, and WBS.
Research clients, market trends, and competitors to support sales strategies.
Develop target client lists and support go-to-market initiatives.
Maintain CRM records, MIS reports, and solutioning KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in presales, solution consulting, or business analysis.
Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, Pimcore, or Fluent Commerce.
Ability to gather requirements and prepare technical proposals and solution documents.
Solid research, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with SOWs, MSAs, WBS, CRM tools, and MIS reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cross-functional coordination.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a quick-paced workplace.
