The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives. The role involves workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and retention initiatives to support organizational growth and improve overall workforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Manage workforce planning, headcount, and manpower requirements.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and attrition management initiatives.
Support performance management, appraisals,



and performance improvement plans.
Advise managers on people management and HR policies.
Analyse HR metrics, including attrition, absenteeism, and employee productivity.
Support talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and compliance with applicable employment laws.
Drive change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Required Skills:
BPO domain experience is mandatory, preferably in a customer service or contact centre workplace.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in employee relations and performance management.
Knowledge of HR policies, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, with relevant HRBP experience.
