Role & responsibilities
Plan, design, and oversee MEP systems for residential and commercial projects.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of MEP works. Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with statutory norms and project standards.
Monitor project progress and resolve site-related technical issues.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
8 - 10 years of experience in MEP execution, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Robust knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Experience in handling residential and commercial projects.
Vendor management & Coordination .
Positive coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Strong understanding of quality, safety, statutory compliance, and project standards.
Positive problem-solving and site execution skills.
