Key Responsibilities:-

Lead overall operations of the Machine Division, including Production, Planning, Procurement, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch.
Ensure on-time execution and delivery of machines as per customer commitments.
Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
Develop and implement systems, processes, and manufacturing best practices.
Establish performance metrics and monitor productivity, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost KPIs.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Design, Projects, Sales, and Service teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
Lead capacity planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and operational strategy.
Ensure compliance with safety,



statutory, and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. MBA preferred.
20+ years of experience in Machine Manufacturing, Capital Equipment, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Machinery, or Automation Industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role such as Operations Head, Plant Head, Manufacturing Head, or Business Unit Head.
Robust exposure to Fabrication, Machining, Assembly, Testing, and Project-Based Manufacturing.
Proven track record in driving operational excellence, quality improvements, and profitability.
Experience in leading large cross-functional teams.
