Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller whose primary responsibility is to connect with potential clients, schedule meetings for the company, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80–100 calls daily to potential and existing clients.
Schedule 4–5 meetings per day with interested or prospective clients.
Follow up with clients regularly to confirm meetings and maintain engagement.
Handle existing clients and maintain positive business relationships.
Share meeting details and coordinate schedules with the concerned team.
Maintain daily call records, meeting bookings, and follow-up reports.
Communicate professionally with clients and understand their basic requirements.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients who have shown interest in the company's services.
Daily Targets
Daily Calls: 80–100




Daily Meeting Bookings: 4–5
Client Follow-ups: As required
Existing Client Management: Regular communication and relationship maintenance
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.
Ability to manage daily calling targets.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidate Profile
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, meeting booking, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
Target-oriented candidates with valuable communication skills are preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on daily calling activity, meetings successfully booked, follow-up effectiveness, and the quality of client relationships maintained.
