Role & responsibilities :
Operate the pellet coating equipment as per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Verify the product, batch details, raw materials, and coating solution before starting the operation.
Monitor and maintain prescribed process parameters, including inlet temperature, product temperature, spray rate, airflow, and coating time, as applicable.
Ensure uniform coating of pellets as per approved process specifications.
Perform equipment cleaning and line clearance as per approved procedures.
Record process parameters, yield, and other required details in the relevant batch records.
Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping requirements.
Preferred candidate profile ;
12 years of experience in pharmaceutical pellet coating operations preferred.
Willingness to work in Shifts
