Job Description:

Muthoot Mercantile Limited is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, cloud setting, systems, and network operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure administration, system troubleshooting, user access management, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor Microsoft Azure cloud resources.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
Manage Windows Server settings and Microsoft 365 services.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, and switches.
Ensure system security, data backup, recovery, and business continuity.
Manage IT assets, software installations, updates, and licensing.
Resolve hardware, software, network, and cloud-related technical issues.
Coordinate with branches, regional offices, and external IT vendors.
Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and technical reports.
