Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Packaging Trainee to assist with packaging operations, product labeling, quality checks, and packaging material handling while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in packaging products according to established procedures.
Check product labels, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Maintain packaging quality and follow safety guidelines.
Support packing, sealing, sorting, and dispatch activities.
Identify and report packaging defects or discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of packaging and production processes.




Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Basic quality inspection and documentation skills.
Teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Awareness of workplace safety practices is an advantage.

Eligibility
ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
Candidates willing to work in a production workplace are preferred.
