Business Development & Sourcing: Sourced current clients via market visits, self-generation, and networking with channel partners, builders, real estate agents, and DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
Portfolio & Customer Management: Handle client relationships from initial inquiry and income/property assessment through loan sanction and final disbursement. [1, 2, 3]
Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursals, portfolio growth, and yield maintenance
