We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, sourcing quality business through various channels, and ensuring achievement of monthly sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Customer Acquisition: Generate current business through direct sourcing, referrals, existing customers, and market development.
Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, real estate agents, and other referral partners.
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through field visits, market mapping, and local networking.




Sales & Relationship Management: Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products based on eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification in management or finance is an advantage.
Relevant experience in Home Loans, Loan Against Property, mortgage lending, or secured lending.
Strong understanding of loan products, customer eligibility, income assessment, and property documentation.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Valuable communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills.
Ability to conduct field sales activities and develop business through multiple sourcing channels.
