Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Corporate Recruitment
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
CTC: Up to 5 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Shift Flexibility: Must be flexible with the assigned shift
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
Transportation: Drop cab facility available as per shift and applicable transport policy

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer rollout.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers,



and regular hiring reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer discussions and joining formalities.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and meet recruitment targets.
Ensure timely closures of open positions while maintaining the quality of hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in corporate recruitment.
Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
Graduate in any discipline.
Immediate availability to join.

Transportation Boundary -- Important

Candidates must check whether their residential location falls within the applicable transport boundary.

Central Line: CST to Thane
Harbour Line: Up to Mankhurd
