Role & responsibilities
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and adherence to company policies and processes.
Monitor cash management, documentation, and transaction accuracy within the branch.
Maintain regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and operational risk controls.
Support business teams with timely customer onboarding and service delivery.
Manage branch administration, vendor coordination, and infrastructure requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate with more than 3 years of experience in branch operations, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
Robust knowledge of branch operations, cash management, documentation, and process compliance.
Well-versed in audit requirements, regulatory guidelines, and risk management practices.
