Role Description
Sales Management:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor sales performance metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Team Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to help them achieve their targets and professional
growth.

Foster a positive and cooperative work setting that promotes teamwork and accountability.

Marketing Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive lead
generation and conversion.

Ensure seamless integration between sales and marketing efforts to maximize lead management effectiveness.
Relationship Building with Developers:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Conduct regular meetings and negotiations with developers to secure favourable terms, inventory, and partnerships.
People Development:

Coach and mentor people managers within the sales team to develop their leadership skills and managerial
capabilities.
¢
Provide guidance on effective team management, performance evaluation, and employee development initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum bachelors degree in any relevant field
At least 10 Years of experience, (3 years in people management role)
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry
Solid leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Relevant Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
at all levels
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and achieving targets
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions to achieve common goals
