Role Summary

Responsible for delivery of NOW Assist Architect capabilities within the Diageo NOW Assist transformation program.

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall NOW Assist and Virtual Agent solution architecture.
Define use case design standards, governance, and delivery roadmap.
Work with customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into ServiceNow AI capabilities.
Drive architecture for GenAI, NLU, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and integrations.
Review solution design, security, scalability, and platform best practices.





Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Hands-on NOW Assist, Virtual Agent, ITSM Pro Plus, and AI capabilities.
Robust enterprise architecture and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading large ServiceNow transformation programs.
