Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading (BL), and Certificates of Origin.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, shipping lines, and logistics partners for export shipments.
Assist in preparing and verifying export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments for shipment planning, dispatches, and document requirements.
Maintain records of export shipments, shipping documents, and customer-related documentation.
Assist with export procedures, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
Ensure timely submission of documents to banks, customers, and other relevant authorities, wherever applicable.
Follow up on pending documents, shipment status, and customs clearance.
Support the team in preparing export reports and maintaining shipment records.
