Telesales Executive Art of Healing

Location: Kothrud, Pune | Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and explain Art of Healing courses, webinars, consultations, and products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or services.
Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Handle customer queries related to courses, fees, schedules, and enrolment.
Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and sales updates.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the webinar, marketing, and operations teams for lead follow-ups.
Maintain regular follow-up with old and recent leads to improve conversions.

Requirements:
13 years of telesales /telecalling experience preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking in Marathi, Hindi, and English
Target-oriented, confident, and proactive.
Experience in selling courses, education, wellness, or similar services will be an advantage.
