Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Coconut Farm Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily coconut farm operations, maintain plantation health, supervise farm workers, and improve coconut yield and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day coconut farm operations.
Monitor coconut tree health, growth, and productivity.
Handle irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease control.
Plan and supervise coconut harvesting and farm maintenance.
Manage farm labour and allocate daily tasks.
Maintain farm records, expenses, and yield reports.
Implement best practices to improve coconut production.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on coconut farm management experience (Mandatory).
Robust knowledge of coconut cultivation, irrigation, fertilizers, and pest management.
Experience supervising agricultural workers.
Ability to independently manage farm operations.
Diploma/Degree in Agriculture preferred, but practical experience is valued.
