Job Purpose

To generate and maximize revenue through MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) business by developing corporate accounts, acquiring current clients, managing event enquiries, and converting business prospects into confirmed bookings. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination for corporate events, conferences, and group stays.
Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development




Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the MICE segment.
Generate leads through corporate companies, event management agencies, travel agents, DMCs, and professional associations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, sales calls, property visits, and presentations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual MICE revenue targets.
Develop strategies to increase corporate group bookings, conferences, residential meetings, and incentive travel business.
