Role & responsibilities
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Manage leads, client follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Generate business through networking and channel partner relationships.
Monitor team performance and implement sales strategies.
Prepare sales reports and update management on progress.
Preferred candidate profile
Real Estate experience mandatory
Proven experience in real estate sales and closures
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
A target-oriented mindset with the ability to drive team performance
Experience in the real estate CP/channel partner ecosystem
