Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of quantity surveying experience in real estate and infrastructure developments
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying specialization
Mastery of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, variance monitoring, contractor reconciliation, and final bill verification
Extensive knowledge of standard measurement codes (IS 1200), contract clauses, and cost auditing
