Role: Java Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership across Java application stacks.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and detailed solutions.
Design and review RESTful APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems.
Perform hands-on development and troubleshooting for complex technical problems.
Conduct code reviews and establish coding, design, security, and performance standards.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance on architecture, development practices, and design patterns.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
Identify technical risks,



dependencies, performance bottlenecks, and prospects for modernization.
Drive application modernization, technology upgrades, refactoring, and migration initiatives.
Ensure applications meet requirements for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Support CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
Evaluate recent technologies and recommend appropriate solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Participate in technical estimations, planning, design discussions, and solution reviews.
