Role & responsibilities
Develop integrated financial models, forecasts, and financial projections to support business valuation and decision-making.
Perform business valuations using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and other relevant valuation methodologies.
Analyse financial statements, accounting information, and key financial performance indicators.
Conduct financial research, industry analysis, and market assessments to identify key business drivers and trends.
Evaluate financial assumptions, identify inconsistencies, and draw meaningful conclusions from financial data.
Prepare qualified valuation reports, financial presentations, and analytical summaries.
Apply analytical thinking and qualified judgement to address complex financial and valuation-related challenges.
Communicate financial findings and recommendations effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile
Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
CA / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) or candidates with relevant financial advisory experience.
Practical exposure to financial modelling, valuation, financial research, or related assignments would be preferred.
