Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of in office civil supervision experience in real estate layout or residential construction
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Hands-on expertise in contractor supervision, BBS verification, levelling, quality checks, and site safety
Solid drive for milestone execution, measurement recording, and daily progress reporting
