Lead hardware design and development of power electronics systems including converters, inverters, SMPS, high-voltage power supplies, and magnetics.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end hardware development lifecycle.
Architecture design for power electronics systems.
Circuit design (Analog, Digital, Power stages).
Design of high-frequency transformers, inductors, and magnetic components.
Simulation (PSPICE, MATLAB, LTspice).
Component selection & derating calculations.
Thermal design & reliability engineering.
EMI/EMC compliance planning.
Prototype validation & failure analysis.
Mentor junior engineers.
Coordinate with production & quality teams.
Vendor technical evaluation.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Power Topologies (Resonant, LLC, PWM, Full-Bridge, Half-Bridge).
High voltage design experience.
Magnetics design expertise.
PCB layout guidance (Altium / OrCAD).
Knowledge of industrial standards.
Risk assessment & reliability engineering.

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech EEE
Experience: 3–8+ years in Power Electronics
