Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management of commercial and industrial interior fit-out projects.
Oversee and coordinate MEP services: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, etc.
Manage vendors, contractors, consultants, and in-house teams for seamless execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and design standards.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with statutory regulations.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.




Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
58 years of proven experience in project management of commercial & industrial interior projects.
Solid expertise in MEP systems and coordination with design and execution teams.
Excellent knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.
PMP certification (preferred, not mandatory).
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and travel to project sites as required.
Ready to travel frequently pan india.
