Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end sales operations for the project, owning revenue targets, team performance, channel partner productivity and high-value client closures.

Key Responsibilities:
Own overall project sales strategy, revenue, booking targets, price realisation and inventory movement.
Lead and manage closing managers, sourcing managers and channel partner networks.
Drive sales to HNI/UHNI clients, investors and affluent buyers.
Develop sales plans, pricing strategies and deal-closure approaches in coordination with senior management.
Build robust relationships with key brokers, channel partners and high-value clients.
Monitor sales pipelines, site visits, conversion ratios, booking values and team productivity.
Review performance against monthly and quarterly targets and implement corrective actions.




Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance and project teams for smooth transaction execution.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence and performance reports to leadership.
Track record of achieving project-level revenue and booking targets.
Experience managing sales teams, channel partners and high-value negotiations.
Robust understanding of Mumbai's premium market
Excellent leadership, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background: Experience with reputed developers, premium high-rise projects and high-ticket property sales.

Sales leaders who have independently managed project sales, led sizable teams and delivered measurable revenue.
