Position Details
Role: Certified E&M; (Evaluation & Management) Coder
Key skill -Need Certified E&M; - OP Coder with minimum 1 yr experience( in patient profiles also can work)
Experience: 13 years (minimum 1 year of relevant experience)
Locations: Chennai, Pune & Coimbatore
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Interview Process: Virtual

Job Description
Review patient medical records and assign accurate Evaluation & Management (E&M;) codes based on clinical documentation.
Apply relevant ICD and CPT coding guidelines to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.
Review outpatient/physician records; candidates with relevant inpatient coding experience may also be considered.




Identify documentation gaps, discrepancies, and coding errors, and ensure adherence to established quality standards.
Maintain productivity and accuracy targets while following client-specific coding guidelines and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements
Must hold a relevant medical coding certification.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on E&M;/outpatient coding experience; relevant inpatient coding experience may also be considered.
Valuable understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and CPT coding guidelines.
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet quality and productivity benchmarks.
