Role & responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers through online platforms, networking, referrals, cold calling, email, and other sales channels.
Client Acquisition: Develop current business opportunities and convert prospective customers into clients.
Product and Service Promotion: Present and explain the company's products or services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value to potential customers.
Sales and Negotiation: Communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, negotiate commercial terms within authorized limits, and support the closure of sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Identify potential markets, understand customer needs, monitor competitors, and explore new sales opportunities.
Follow-ups: Follow up with prospective customers regarding quotations, proposals, inquiries, and pending deals to improve conversion rates.
Sales Reporting: Maintain records of leads, client interactions,



sales progress, conversions, and completed transactions, and provide updates as agreed.
Coordination: Coordinate with the company's sales, marketing, and operations teams to support smooth communication and order processing.
Target Achievement: Work toward mutually agreed sales targets, lead generation goals, or business development objectives.
Qualified Conduct: Represent the company professionally, provide accurate information, protect confidential business information, and comply with agreed policies.
Independent Work Management: Manage sales activities, schedules, client communications, and follow-ups independently while meeting agreed deadlines and deliverables.
