The M&E; Associates will work with the Program Managers and associates to ensure project goals are achieved. Additionally, they will collaborate with members across teams as and when required.
Responsibilities
Review project documents (ToC, LFA, etc.) to understand program delivery.
Assist in designing, testing, and validating monitoring and evaluation (M&E;) tools.
Support data management, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Help develop and implement data collection plans and field assessments.
Coordinate with program teams for consistent data collection across locations.
Analyze data and prepare summaries, reports, and presentations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strengthening M&E; systems.
Travel to field sites, as needed, to support data collection activities.
Education & Experience
Degree in education or related statistics/policy evaluation / social science/ social work/management discipline. Master s degree preferred.
Up to 2 Years of experience relevant to job responsibilities, after relevant minimum qualification
