Mana Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Chemist Executive to join the Production team and support protected, compliant, and efficient manufacturing of APIs and intermediates.

Role Details
Qualification: B. Sc. /M. Sc. Chemistry
Location: Achutapuram
Work schedule: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
Reporting to: Production Manager / Production In-Charge
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities
Execute API/intermediate manufacturing activities as per BMRs and SOPs.
Operate reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and related production equipment.
Monitor process parameters and maintain accurate production records.
Follow cGMP, GDP, EHS, SOPs, and applicable safety requirements.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other relevant teams.
Support troubleshooting, investigations, and process improvement activities.





Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience in API, intermediate, or chemical manufacturing.
Positive knowledge of chemical reactions, filtration, drying, and crystallization.
Experience with cGMP, BMRs, GDP, EHS, and SOPs.
Positive communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
API/intermediate manufacturing experience preferred.
