Execute and manage electrical projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the execution of refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects.
Robust knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, motor control, and communication protocols.




Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
HRA, overtime, insurance, and leaves are applicable.
