Job Description:
Hands-on experience of developing Business Requirement document (BRD) in coordination with Business user / Solution Head using various techniques e.g. Mind Map, process observations, elicitation, output analysis etc.
Hands-on experience in writing test scenarios / test cases and verify delivered software by IT vendor / development team in accordance with the shared BRD
In depth understanding of the SDLC (Software development life cycle), waterfall / agile methodology
Should have worked for NBFC and Housing Finance Company and delivered at least 10-man months project individually
Should have exposure of handling business users,
vendors and other stakeholders involved in the project for their deliverable
Should have exposure of project plan development, tracking and understanding of task prioritization & escalation handling
Responsible for Third party integration with the Business IT applications
Responsible for vendor management, Patch Management and Compliance as required by Audit Teams.
Team Player with Presentation, Communication and written Skills.
Data Flow Diagram, Power Point Presentation, Excel
ANSII SQL / SQL Queries
Data Analytics
API tool and API type
IT process & policies, SDLC
GEN-AI working experience
PMP, CSM certification will be plus
