Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase & sales orders for all brands, ensuring timely delivery and accurate billing.
Oversee stock & inventory control, including physical verification and return of expired goods.
Handle warehouse & cold storage operations, including vendor coordination and rent verification.
Supervise vehicle allocation, fuel tracking, document renewals, and maintenance.
Ensure office compliance, documentation, and staff discipline.
Follow up with customers for timely collections and maintain collection reports.
Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to Head Office.
Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and operational goals.
Coordinate with retail brand managers for business expansion.
