Role & responsibilities -Recruit, onboard and manage the branch team.

-Take complete ownership of the branch's day-to-day operations once the branch is operational.

-Manage the availability and deployment of vehicles to ensure maximum fleet utilization.

-Coordinate with battery providers for battery availability, charging, swapping, replacements, and related issues.

-Coordinate with EV OEMs for vehicle servicing, technical issues, spare parts, warranty claims, and breakdown support.

-Ensure maximum possible vehicle uptime by proactively identifying and resolving operational and technical issues.

-Monitor vehicle downtime and ensure issues are resolved within the shortest possible turnaround time.

-Coordinate with technicians, mechanics, vendors,



and external service partners.

-Maintain proper records of vehicle availability, downtime, repairs, maintenance, batteries, and spare parts.

-Develop and implement effective SOPs for vehicle maintenance, battery management, breakdown handling, and daily operations.

-Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets are achieved.

Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
