Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, branches, and the plant for timely order processing and material delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team, branches, customers, and plant for order processing and timely dispatch.
Handle customer inquiries, order status updates, and resolve customer-related issues.
Assist with sales billing and invoice preparation using Tally.
Maintain sales records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between all concerned departments.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Basic knowledge of Tally and sales billing.
Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
