Job Title: Assistant Manager Milk Procurement

Educational Qualification
B.Sc. Agriculture / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Tech Dairy Technology or any relevant degree.
MBA/PGDM in Agribusiness or Rural Management will be an added advantage.

Experience Required
8–10 years of relevant experience in milk procurement, based on relevant experience consider for ZM or Deputy manager cadre.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily and monthly milk procurement targets across the assigned zone.
Develop and maintain relationships with dairy farmers, FPOs, and farmer groups.
Expand milk procurement networks, MCCs, and BMCs.
Monitor milk quality, procurement costs, and transportation efficiency.
Lead and monitor field procurement teams.
Coordinate with Animal Husbandry, veterinary services,



artificial insemination, fodder development, and cattle feed teams.
Prepare procurement MIS reports and implement strategies to improve milk collection.
Ensure farmer retention, procurement budget control, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
Solid farmer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Experience in milk procurement and rural field operations.
Team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
Knowledge of local languages and dairy procurement practices.
