Role & responsibilities
Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
Handle hotel bookings, flight reservations, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements.
Coordinate with travel vendors, hotels, and overseas suppliers.
Assist customers with visa documentation and travel formalities.
Provide travel information, costing, and package quotations.
Ensure smooth tour operations and resolve customer queries promptly.
Maintain solid relationships with clients and travel partners.
Monitor bookings, travel schedules, and tour confirmations.
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

Requirements
Experience in domestic and international tour operations.
Knowledge of popular travel destinations, hotels, and visa procedures.
Valuable communication and customer relationship skills.
Proficiency in itinerary creation and travel planning.
Ability to coordinate with suppliers and manage multiple bookings.
