Key Responsibilities
Source residential rental properties and develop new rental mandates.
Identify prospective tenants and understand their property requirements.
Coordinate property visits and facilitate smooth interactions between landlords and tenants.
Handle rental enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations and closure of leasing transactions.
Maintain robust relationships with property owners, landlords and tenants.
Coordinate lease documentation, agreements and other required paperwork.
Track rental market trends and stay updated on property pricing and availability.
Achieve assigned rental and leasing targets.




Ensure timely communication and a smooth rental experience throughout the leasing cycle.
