Warehouse Executive (Finished Goods & Ex-Im)
Location: Greater Noida

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for managing Finished Goods (FG) inventory, warehouse operations, dispatch activities, and coordination of import-export (Ex-Im) documentation and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of finished goods.
Maintain accurate stock records and perform stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Logistics, Transporters, and CHA for smooth operations.
Prepare and manage dispatch and Ex-Im documents, including invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, shipping documents, and customs-related records.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic physical verification.




Ensure compliance with FIFO, safety standards, and company procedures.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in FG warehouse operations.
Working knowledge of Ex-Im processes and documentation.
Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, logistics coordination, and stock control.
