What youll be doing
Overseeing end-to-end operations across multiple partner hotels within your assigned region.
Ensuring compliance with Anandams operational and quality standards while maintaining service excellence.
Driving guest satisfaction through continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
Building robust relationships with hotel partners and key stakeholders.
Leading, coaching, and developing hotel teams to deliver consistent performance.
Conducting regular operational audits and implementing corrective actions where needed.
Monitoring key business metrics, including occupancy,



revenue, audit scores, and guest reviews.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and the successful onboarding of new hotel partners.

What were looking for
3 6+ years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
Experience managing multiple hotels or a cluster of properties is a solid advantage.
Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
