Role & responsibilities

To assist in conducting internal audits, reviewing financial and operational records, verifying compliance with internal policies, and identifying gaps in processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting internal audits of clients across various industries.
Verify financial records, invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
Check compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Review internal controls, accounting processes, and operational activities.
Identify discrepancies, errors, and control weaknesses during audit assignments.
Prepare audit working papers, observations, and reports.
Coordinate with client teams to obtain audit documents and clarifications.
Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.
Ensure timely completion of audit assignments as per the audit plan.





Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Candidates pursuing CA or other relevant qualified qualifications may also apply.

Experience
Freshers or candidates with 3 years of experience in internal audit or finance.
Experience in an audit or CA firm will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
