Job Description

We are seeking a technically skilled EV Bike Service Engineer to handle servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric bikes while ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of EV bikes.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults.
Troubleshoot battery, motor, controller, wiring, and charging-related issues.
Conduct vehicle inspections and functional tests.
Explain vehicle maintenance and operating procedures to customers.
Maintain service records and spare parts requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding service schedules.
Follow workshop safety procedures and service standards.

Required Skills
Knowledge of EV systems, electrical wiring,



and basic electronics.
Troubleshooting and repair skills.
Knowledge of multimeters and basic diagnostic tools.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
