Job Description Logistics & Operations Executive
Location: Bangalore Devanahalli
Role Summary:
This is an exciting chance for junior professionals to build their career in logistics and operations within a energetic industrial environment. Youll be part of a team that ensures smooth shipment handling, compliance, and coordination across suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating with transporters, scheduling deliveries, and tracking shipment progress.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, process paperwork, and update logistics management systems.
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely operations.
Support facility upkeepensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety standards; assist with loading/unloading when required.
Verify checklists and manage approvals to ensure compliance.
Work closely with Customs House Agents (CHA) for documentation and clearance.
Generate E-way bills and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Apply knowledge of export packaging standards to ensure secure and compliant shipments.





Essential Skills & Qualifications
35 years of experience in the logistics field.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and logistics management systems.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to documentation and compliance.

Candidate Profile
Junior candidates with 35 years of logistics experience are required.
Candidates from industrial/manufacturing backgrounds are preferred.
Candidates with exclusive logistics company experience are not recommended.
Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of end-to-end logistics processes.
