Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily and weekly field visits across your assigned territory
Identify and approach new business clients (retailers, distributors, businesses, institutions) through cold visits, referrals, and market mapping
Meet decision-makers, understand their needs, and present products or solutions on-site
Conduct product demos, sample trials, and site presentations
Negotiate pricing and terms, and close orders
Follow up on payments and coordinate with accounts for timely collections
Maintain regular visits to existing clients to drive repeat orders, upsells, and renewals
Log visits, leads, and orders daily in the CRM or sales app
Submit daily visit reports and weekly/monthly sales reports
Track competitor pricing, schemes, and market activity in your territory
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams on dispatch, onboarding, and after-sales issues
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for your territory

Requirements

Must have
Graduate in any discipline
Proven experience in B2B or field sales with target achievement
Solid knowledge of the local market and territory
Good communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Hindi and local language
Comfortable with extensive travel and field work
Own two-wheeler (and valid driving licence) with smartphone
Basic proficiency in CRM/sales apps, MS Excel, and WhatsApp/email

Good to have
Experience in Automotive/ FMCG / building materials / industrial products, etc.
Existing network among Automobile workshop
Experience in channel or distributor handling
