Role & responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, BMR/BPR requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Supervise production personnel and optimize manpower utilization across shifts.
Monitor productivity, yield, and process performance, and initiate corrective actions wherever required.
Ensure timely completion and review of manufacturing documents and production records.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning, and other cross-functional departments for smooth operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Investigate deviations, incidents, market complaints, and implement CAPA.

Ensure equipment utilization,



preventive maintenance compliance, and machine readiness.
Conduct training programs and skill development activities for production personnel.
Monitor adherence to safety, EHS, and housekeeping standards within the production area.
Support regulatory and certification audits, including PIC/S, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, and customer audits.
Maintain inspection readiness and ensure closure of audit observations within defined timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate must have FDA approval for oral liquid formulations.
