About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Intern to support our Flexi Benefits operations. The intern will work closely with the Finance team in managing flexi benefit cards, validating invoices and bills, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in finance and gain hands-on experience in employee benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and tracking Flexi Benefit Card transactions.
Review, verify, and validate employee invoices, bills, and reimbursement documents.
Ensure submitted documents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with clients and employees to resolve queries related to flexi benefits and reimbursements.
Maintain accurate records and update transaction data in internal systems.
Support the finance team in reconciliation and reporting activities.
Follow up on pending documents and approvals.
Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and MIS as required.




Ensure timely processing of claims and benefit-related requests.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (completed or pursuing final year).
Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
Valuable knowledge of financial terms and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with invoice processing and reimbursement workflows.
Basic knowledge of GST and taxation concepts.
Experience working with spreadsheets and data validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
